To improve the barangay health care facility infrastructure, series of meetings and socializations were organized with the local, district, provincial authorities, as well as non-government organizations The strength of the agenda was focused on prioritizing the enhancement of health care in the barangay and thus, improvement of the BHS structure. From this coordination, financial assistance was provided enough to improve the infrastructure and procure the essential equipment needed for the barangay health station to be functional again (tho they still need alot more).

With the aim of raising fund to assist in the rehabilitation of barangay health station, rehabilitation of senior citizen wellness center, and other activities in the community, Team Biayon, together with Philippine Nurses Association-Region IX Office of the Governor, Operating Room Nurses Association of the Philippines Zamboanga City Chapter, Zamboanga Intergrated Health Movement Inc. (ZIHM) and Junior Chamber International-Jambangan, The Banquet: Dine, Share and Care Dinner-for-a-Cause was held at Grand Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City.
Through the support of every individual that attended the cause, the group was able to raise a generous amount of Php 37,500.00.

With the objective of making primary health care services accessible, purok health stations were established for every purok. This serves as the area for monitoring the BP of the people. The materials recovery facilities (MRFs) were placed in the station giving an easy access for the garbage truck to collect the disposal. It also serves as the center for conducting purok meetings and assemblies, as well as venue for celebration of different occasions.

The Senior Citizen Building was abandoned for almost 10 years. Team Biayon initiated its renovation to become the Senior Citizen Wellness Center. Furniture were provided, as well as recreational games and instruments. This aim to serve as the center for the elderly to relax and have their health checked. The midwife and the NDP nurse assigned in the barangay agreed to have their duty in the center every last Thursdays of the month to address the health concerns of the elderly.
